Are You a Legacy Leader?

In December 2000, the JLPA•MP Endowment Fund launched the Legacy Circle.
This group includes individuals and families who have named the JLPA•MP
as a beneficiary of their estate plans. These Legacy Leaders are
strictly honorary and give the Junior League the opportunity to
acknowledge their thoughtful intentions.
If you have named the JLPA•MP as a testamentary beneficiary of your estate or made a deferred gift to the League, please let us know.
No proof of contribution is required. Your future donation will enable
our volunteers to continue their vital work in the community, and to
receive the training needed to become community leaders.
League members and friends are invited to join the Legacy Circle. All are welcome. You may obtain information about planned giving, charitable trusts and stock contributions from any member of the Endowment Fund Board of Directors.
How to Designate the JLPA•MP as a Beneficiary of Your Estate Suggested language:
“To
the Junior League of Palo Alto•Mid Peninsula, a nonprofit, tax-exempt
organization, I/we give, devise and bequest the sum of $_____ dollars
or a percentage of estate/residue of estate to the Endowment Fund of
the Junior League of Palo Alto•Mid Peninsula.”
If
you have already made provisions for the JLPA•MP in your estate
planning, please let us know. Send a note to the League office c/o of
the Endowment Fund Board or email the Endowment Fund Chair.
