The Fall Power Pause: Set Yourself Up for a Successful and Sustainable Final Quarter

As summer ends and the final quarter begins, it’s easy to slip straight into acceleration mode, focusing on unfinished work, absorbing urgency, and pushing toward December. Without an intentional pause, we risk ending the year depleted and entering the new one without the energy we need.

The Fall Power Pause is a guided leadership and wellbeing experience facilitated by Christine Arylo—transformational leadership advisor, coach, author and MBA social-impact leader.

Step out of the intensity, take stock, and make conscious choices about how you want to move through the months ahead. Together, we will:

• Recognize the progress, momentum, and accomplishments already made
• Identify the sources of pressure currently present, and reveals what’s  within your power to shift
• Refocus your time and energy through year end on what creates the greatest benefit
• Set a focused, flexible pace for a strong finish and replenishing December

A Power Pause is more than a break—it’s a leadership practice for preventing burnout, reducing over-functioning, and choosing where to direct your energy in ways that truly matter.
