The Junior League of Palo Alto•Mid Peninsula invites you to Executive Communication: Presence that Inspires Trust.

Have you wondered exactly how some women shine as effective communicators, especially when the stakes are high?

In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the signals that shape how others perceive your executive presence—the way you show up and communicate under pressure – and how those moments influence others’ trust in your ability to lead.

Through real-time role play, practice and coaching, you’ll learn how to frame issues clearly, communicate what matters most, and make effective asks with greater credibility. You’ll leave with practical guidelines you can use in situations that call on you to step up and lead with executive presence.

Led by Joselle Deocampo-Gautam, a Product & AI strategy executive whose career spans LinkedIn, PwC, and Deloitte and who now coaches ambitious leaders as founder of On Point, this training is grounded in real executive-level experience and practical, actionable frameworks.
