The Executive Vice President

The Executive Vice President will serve as the link between the League’s BOD and the Management Team. Her responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating and ensuring the overall alignment of League work
  • Leading the Management Team in carrying out the League’s mission according to the strategic plan
  • Providing input from the Management Team to the Board so that they are fully informed and equipped to make strategic decisions

Composition:

  • 6 to 9 Board members
  • Officers, Nominating Chair, Executive Vice President (EVP)*, Sustainer Director, and two additional Directors (at-large).

  • Executive Vice President (EVP) and Vice Presidents
  • The exact composition of the Management Team, each year, is determined by the Board; however, no change will shorten the term of anyone in office at the time of a change
